Te Takere facilitates the offering of Forklift Courses.
To operate a forklift you are required to attend training and obtain one of the following types of forklift licence:
- OSH Certificate gives you the theory and practical experience you need to safely operate a forklift up to 18 tonnes in a workplace. The OSH certificate expires every 3 years, requiring you to attend refresher training.
- F Endorsement allows you to also operate a forklift on a public road. The F Endorsement is added to your full drivers licence and never expires.
