A couple of years back I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I have a dislike of medication, so, with reluctance, swallowed the pills that were to fix my problem. Determined not to stay on tablets, I started walking more to improve my health. In a matter of months, I was walking Trig three times a week and under medical supervision eased off the tablets. My blood pressure was fine.
Rain, hail and snow (in the distance) I walked it all. But it was the sunny days that caught my artist eye. Dappled light filtering through the trees, long hazy views and the dry summer grass.
We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep. I hope you enjoy seeing through my eyes.
