Described as a national treasure, Ubana Jones is much more than one man with a guitar. He is a conjurer of unique and original songs, rooted in primal blues, rock, folk, jazz and soul. He varies from full-on wall of musical sound, to soft and beautiful songs. Plus, he’s down-to-earth ... and funny!

He has also toured with the best, including B.B King, Bob Dylan, Taj Mahal and Keb Mo’, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Norah Jones, and Tuck and Patti.

Having played at major festivals internationally, Ubana Jones has won three New Zealand Music/Tui Awards and released nine albums.
