The Libraries Horowhenua Heritage Room offers a glimpse into the history of Horowhenua. There is a volunteer on hand Monday to Friday 10.00am - 12:30pm if you are wanting help. If you need help outside of these hours please complete the Heritage booking form to book a one on one session.
There are multiple resources to help you with your research - whether you are looking into your family tree or just curious about the Horowhenua of yesteryear. The Heritage Collection contains a wide variety of historical and genealogical resources that are accessible to all visitors to Libraries Horowhenua.
